Uncle Ken was Go's assistant at first, so his artstyle was similar.
Although I liked the old cartoony artstyle, the one used in his later works also has it's awesome touch, with terrifying-looking monsters, beefy mechanical design everywhere, cool backgrounds, stuff like that.
