The protagonist is the reason she gets kidnapped and has horrible stuff done to her.
The protagonist refuses to go save her despite the fact that it would be fairly simple to do. (Although admittedly, the very reason she was kidnapped in the first place was to try to lure the protagonist out, still, what a dick move, at least the protagonist feels really bad about it later)

The whole series of scenes was just horrible for a lot of reasons, one of the few times where a VN has made me feel really awful. This CG happens after she manages to escape her captors.
