I enjoyed a fanmade minor work. I'm here asking for something greater. We can't all arrive at 4chan experts.

Although you have come to the right place, as we are the board dedicated to visual novels, you have failed to see that we're neurotic and harsh against what are perceived as newcomers.
I suggest you finish those first, nothing worse than trying to juggle several half finished novels.
I think you'd both like YMK, Ever17, Planetarian and CLANNAD.

If you want more, go through this list and look them up in wikipedia. If it tickled your fancy, give it a try. It's the best way to find what you will like.

They do, but I ignored them. Them being "Gay for Archer" wasn't enough to make me interested in sinking so many hours into reading and clicking. After KS being as amusing as it was, I figured I could reconsider. The Type-Moon games have been pretty money so far; my judgment was in error.

Not OP, but I want to ask something.

Is the Chaos;Head VN bad or is it another case of "There is no Tsukihime anime"? because I watched the anime and it seemed good at first but something went terribly wrong.

The anime adaptation was awful, but it suffered from the same problem of the VN. A decent enough setting falling apart towards the end.
Noah is supposed to clean that bitter aftertaste, but progress is not looking good.

It's good overall. Though I sometimes just skipped the Takumi's-so-otaku-monologue. And it only has one route (Rimi's). I'd recommend for anyone who likes psychologic horror, though.

The anime is terrible overall. The VN is pretty good till it starts nearing the ending where it just kind of falls apart pathetically in every way.

Ending wasn't as bad as you make it. Interesting scenes like the nurse, the mother of Sera (?), the stacking.

The old one is complete shit. The new one is pretty decent so far, except for the latest episode which fills me with dread that they burned out and the rest will suck, 90% of the episode was flashback

I loved how Taki always bragged about his skills in the MMO world.
